Motion to Accept New Constitution and Bylaws

Whereas the current Constitution and Bylaws have not been updated since 2007

• And as such no longer reflect how the Board of Directors is organized;
• And as such does not spell out specific duties and responsibilities of Club officers;
• And as such, contain gaps in processes and procedures;
• And as a committee has reviewed the current Constitution and Bylaws and made recommendations to the Board of Directors for changes;

Thereby I make a motion for active voting members to review and approve the recommended changes. 

Per the bylaws, there shall be no discussion at this meeting, the changes shall be published for 30 days, and at the next General Meeting of the club, they shall be discussed and voted upon.
